Rose is a senior U.S. Army officer with over 19 years of operational leadership in complex, distributed environments—spanning from tactical formations to strategic-level planning roles. Her career includes key assignments in multiple echelons of command across the Army, Mission Partners and the Pentagon, most recently serving as a Strategic Planner to the 35th Under Secretary of the Army, where she helped shape policy and posture for large-scale, multi-domain operations.
With deep expertise in theater sustainment, cyber-enabled mission assurance, and joint logistics, Rose has led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivered resilient, scalable solutions in high-stakes environments. She brings firsthand insight into the challenges of supporting dispersed forces across vast distances, managing contested networks, and integrating innovative solutions to maintain operational reach and tempo.
Rose holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, along with certifications in Cybersecurity, Defense Acquisition, and Project Management. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French, and passionate about building resilient teams through intentional leadership and cultural intelligence.
