Keith has been in the pool industry for over 18 years. He started his career in the pool industry with Hayward Industries. At Hayward he worked the first 7 years in their call center answering calls from builders, servicers, distribution, as well as consumers. He was promoted to Technical Training Manager where he worked for 8 more years teaching continuing education classes up and down the east coast, as well as training new customers and employees. He and Hayward parted ways and he accepted a position 3 years ago with Poolside Tech where he currently is employed as Technical Sales & Training Manager. Experience I taught with Hayward at all of the east coast shows. NESPA In Atlantic City, FSPA in Florida, Southeast Show, and Mid America Show. I am a former CST and CPO Instructor as well.
