AAs co-chair of Porzio’s Employment and Labor Practice Group, Kerri delivers business-minded solutions to employers across industries including retail, life sciences, petrochemical, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, education, and financial services. Kerri serves as outside general counsel to companies of all sizes, providing day-to-day advice on employment matters, assessing claims, and minimizing risk. She counsels clients on a wide range of issues—from disability discrimination and whistleblower claims to wage and hour class actions. She also serves as outside counsel to ASAH, the trade group for New Jersey’s Approved Private Schools for Students with Disabilities, and NESPA, the North East Pool and Spa Association, advising on employment contracts and internal HR issues. A frequent speaker at their events, Kerri presents on key employment law developments. Kerri regularly conducts training workshops to guide management through complex workplace conversations. When disputes escalate, she defends clients in federal and state courts and before agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, NJ PERC, NJ DOL, and the Division of Civil Rights.
