Director of Education with Team Horner, Laura considers her connection to the pool industry beginning at the age of 7 when her parents built a swimming pool in the backyard. She observed her father become a true innovator in the industry and then joined him in patenting, manufacturing and marketing water driven tools through the 1990's and early 2000's. Laura's career path has also included teaching at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, co-creating and publishing works for www.AquarianAgeAwareness.com, and sharing higher consciousness and sustainability through living it. The impetus to becoming an educator in the swimming pool industry was a decade long commitment in working every facet of the swimming pool and spa industry with a local contractor and retailer.
