Annette Vazquez is a seasoned learning and enablement leader with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering impactful training programs across technology, customer care, and enablement functions. With a strong foundation in instructional design and a background in computer science, Annette has led global learning strategies for organizations like Toast Inc. and Vonage, where she implemented scalable onboarding, certification, and upskilling programs that improved performance, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Now working independently as a training and technology consultant, Annette specializes in online safety education, scam prevention, and digital enablement. Her strategic approach combines data-driven performance management with real-world applications to help professionals and organizations navigate the evolving risks of phishing, social engineering, and digital fraud. Annette holds a Master’s in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, a Brandon Hall award winner, and a frequent contributor to learning councils and cross-functional strategy teams. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings technical expertise, creative learning design, and a passion for helping others stay safe in an increasingly digital world.
