Robby Walker is a Regional Sales Manager at Solenis, where he leads dealer direct and distribution sales teams across the Central region. With over two decades of experience in the pool and spa industry, Robby brings a deep understanding of the retail landscape, having worked across every facet of the business, from manufacturing and distribution to frontline retail operations. Before stepping into his current leadership role, Robby served as a Territory Sales Manager, directly supporting dealer partners throughout the Southeast. His career began in a retail center, where he worked face-to-face with pool owners, helping them treat and maintain their water. Robby’s insights into consumer behavior, dealer support strategies, and operational excellence bring a unique perspective which bridges the gap between manufacturers and dealers, making him a trusted partner in driving retail success. When Robby isn’t busy with “pool things,” you’ll likely find him watching sports, traveling, or enjoying time on the water. He and his wife have two beautiful children and the two cutest pups around.
