Mike Leone is the founder of Pool Office Manager, a comprehensive pool service software, and currently owns and operates a pool service company in Ohio. Closely working with hundreds of pool companies across the country, he's helped optimize their workflows to be more profitable and efficient, all while implementing the same best practices in his own pool company. Before the pool industry, Mike earned his degree in Operations Management with a Green Belt in LEAN Six Sigma. He began his career working in corporate America, helping Fortune 100 companies save millions through efficiency improvements. Mike pulls back the curtain on his pool business to share his best practices and tips accumulated over the last 15 years of running his pool company, to help you immediately improve your business and profits.
