Mr. Mauro Sanchirico is a Lockheed Martin Fellow and principal artificial intelligence (AI) architect for the Lockheed Martin AI Center (LAIC). Mr. Sanchirico is responsible for AI architecture and AI engineering process across the LAIC’s Applied AI engineering teams and mission applications, spanning development through deployment and maintenance. Mr. Sanchirico and teammates have supported AI capability and algorithm development for the US Navy for the past decade, and in recent years led the first AI model updates to Lockheed Martin radar systems onboard US Navy destroyers, yielding significant performance benefits.
