Joshua Smith is a Regional Director of Risk and Safety at Spherion (Randstad), where he leads risk strategies and initiatives for the Manufacturing and Logistics division across his territory. Bringing over 15 years of experience within the Environmental, Health, and Safety profession to his leadership role, he focuses on building high-trust partnerships that integrate robust safety cultures into the daily operations of contingent workforces. A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Joshua has conducted more than 1,000 risk and safety assessments at unique industrial sites to identify OSHA liabilities and prevent serious injuries. He has served as the Lean Champion for a substantial network of risk and safety professionals, focusing on driving efficiency and quality through continuous improvement. By blending his technical expertise with a collaborative approach to stakeholder partnerships, Joshua empowers clients to protect their interests and achieve safety excellence.
