I am the President of and Partner at ErgoFactor and am an occupational therapist by trade. My role is to understand customer needs and provide proactive, impactful solutions to musculoskeletal issues. I joined ErgoFactor in 2003 (then Blankenheim Services) and spent the early part of my career doing early intervention, job analysis, post offer testing within business and industry. My innate ability to engage and empower clients to tackle ergonomics led me to help develop the business into a $10,000,000 success. In 2024, I became a Partner at ErgoFactor. I continue to work with business and industry world wide to help reduce injuries/cost and improve safety. My biggest roles in life are wife and mom. I serve as the president of “Brown County FIRST Robotics” which supports youth ages 5-18 in finding a pathway to engineering, coding and robotics while learning new and innovative ways to improve our world.
