Heather Wibbels is an award-winning mixologist, whiskey educator, and beverage consultant based in Louisville. Her writing and cocktail creations have appeared in Bourbon+, American Whiskey Magazine, The Bourbon Review, Drinkhacker, Insider, and The Manual, Kentucky Monthly, and she’s a regular columnist for Food & Dining. She’s judged at ASCOT, ACSA, ADI, World Whiskey, and ACSA-sponsored competitions, and her book Bourbon Is My Comfort Food was featured in Forbes. A former Board Chair of Bourbon Women, she’s on a mission to help people trust their taste—one sip at a time.
