Jessica Reid Bateman

Jessica Reid-Bateman is the Vice President of Arena Experience for the Milwaukee Bucks, where she is responsible for the service, and comfort of all guests visiting Fiserv Forum. An event industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Jessica’s background spans customer service leadership, emergency preparedness, event operations, and site security best practices. Her event experience includes 11 National Championship events, the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals, the 2019 World Series, 2024 RNC, Papal and other dignitary events, and numerous major sports and entertainment productions. Jessica began her career with the St. Louis Blues, starting as an usher before advancing to Assistant Director of Guest Services and Security for Scottrade Center and Stifel Theatre. She later served as Director of Security for the Seattle Mariners, Director of Guest Relations and Event Security at Capital One Arena, and Senior Director of Guest Experience and Security for Sharks Sports and Entertainment prior to joining the Milwaukee Bucks. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a graduate of the Disney Institute, and has completed certification programs through IAVM Venue Management School and the IAVM Academy for Venue Safety & Security. Jessica currently serves as Vice Chair of the IAVM Academy for Venue Safety & Security (AVSS) and has been a faculty member since 2019, contributing to curriculum development and instruction focused on event and physical security operations, large scale events, and leadership in public assembly venues. Through AVSS, she supports the advancement of industry best practices and the professional development of venue safety and security professionals nationwide. Jessica is passionate about developing future leaders, strengthening operational partnerships, and helping venues adapt to the evolving challenges facing live entertainment and sports environments.
