Kelli Engelbrecht is a part of the National SkillsUSA Customer Care Team where she offers guidance through online coaching for the Chapter Excellence Program, New Teacher/Program guide and National Signing Day. Kelli has 31 years of experience in Career and Technical Education. She spent 16 years in the classroom teaching Design Drafting and leading her students and fellow advisors in SkillsUSA chapter procedures. After leaving the classroom she became the Placement Coordinator and continued as the lead SkillsUSA advisor for her school. She was district senior advisor, Missouri state contest chair, District contest chair, and member of the National Education Team for Drafting. She has helped many students successfully run for district and state officer positions, offered engaging workshops, and judged competitions. Mrs. Engelbrecht ended her public-school career as the director of Eldon Career Center. SkillsUSA holds a special place in her heart due to the endearing relationships she builds with students and advisors and because of the personal and professional growth witnessed in students through participating in a healthy Program of Work. Now she shares that passion as a SkillsUSA Nationally Certified Facilitator.
