Zack brings over 3 years of experience at Pathful to his role as Senior Customer Success Manager, including 1.5 years working closely alongside SkillsUSA to support advisors and students in connecting career and technical education to real-world opportunities. Prior to joining Pathful, he spent 8 years as a special education teacher across multiple districts, including Milwaukee Public Schools, Caddo Parish School District, and Bossier Parish School Board, where he served as a Lead Special Education Teacher. His experience encompasses curriculum development, instructional design, and team leadership in diverse educational environments.
