Melissa Jenkins is a Strategic Partner Success Manager at YouScience and a former educator with extensive experience in career and technical education, curriculum development, and student engagement. She has served as a business and marketing instructor, career and college readiness specialist, and instructional coach, helping schools design programs that connect student strengths to meaningful career pathways. Melissa previously served as a CTSO advisor and continues to support student competitions as a judge. She collaborates with educators, workforce partners, and industry leaders to strengthen early talent pipelines and expand opportunities for students to explore and prepare for high-demand careers.
