Charlise Kinslow




Charlise Kinslow is a seasoned educator and cosmetology professional with over 30 years of industry experience and more than 20 years in education. She has served with the Tennessee Department of Education through the CTE Institute, delivering impactful professional development for educators. Charlise is currently an approved continuing education seminar facilitator for the Tennessee Cosmetology and Barber Board of Examiners providing professional development to licensed instructors across the state. She has facilitated engaging, hands-on workshops for SkillsUSA at both state and national conferences. She is a trauma-informed leader with a passion for education, empowering future professionals and advancing workforce readiness.
