Kathleen is a workforce education and credentialing leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning career and technical education (CTE), assessment and curriculum design, organizational leadership, and system_level improvement. Currently she serves as Chief Executive Officer of NOCTI and Nocti Business Solutions, with accountability for mission_driven assessment and credentialing services, organizational performance, and strategic growth. She is a dire-hard CTSO advocate and brings deep expertise in standards_based assessment, quality assurance, data_driven improvement, and cross_sector collaboration at the state and national levels.
