Wes Prosser is a manufacturing leader with over 40 yearsÕ experience. His career spans a wide range of roles, from Production Associate to Senior Quality Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Trainer and Senior Director Product Development. A Certified Quality, Safety, and Environmental Manager, Wes has developed and implemented management systems, both creating new frameworks and enhancing existing ones. He is a passionate educator specializing in Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA standards, ISO Management systems, and Maintenance Reliability principles.
