Natasha Sherwood




Natasha Sherwood is a workforce development leader with the Independent Electrical Contractors, where she focuses on expanding access to apprenticeship pathways and connecting education to real career opportunities. She works closely with schools, industry partners, and national organizations to design and implement innovative programs that remove barriers and engage the next generation of skilled trades professionals. She is the president of the Florida Apprenticeship Association, Florida Association for Career and Technical Education Board member and the School Administrator for the IEC FWCC Skills Florida Chapter.
