Justin Williamson brings over 17 years of experience in education, including time as a campus leader and instructional coach, to his current role as a Sales Executive with CareerSafe. He partners with CTE educators, directors, and state leaders across the South to help students gain industry-recognized safety credentials and develop the skills needed for success beyond the classroom. Justin specializes in aligning OSHA 10-Hour training and workforce readiness solutions to real classroom needs, helping schools implement scalable programs that prepare students for both college and career pathways. He is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences, where he shares practical strategies for integrating safety training and skill development into CTE programs. His work is grounded in a simple belief: when students are equipped with both technical knowledge and real-world skills, they leave school more confident, more capable, and truly prepared for what comes next.
