Deepak Seth

Mr. Deepak Seth is a Chief Engineer in the Emerging Technologies Directorate at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). He currently serves as the Technical Lead for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Resistant Cryptography. Prior to this, he was the Chief of the Architecture Branch, where he oversaw the development of DISA's enterprise architecture. Mr. Seth was also part of the inaugural 35-member DoD team that established the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center in 2018 where he spearheaded the development if the Join Common Foundation within the AI Infrastructure & Platforms Division. Before joining DISA, Mr. Seth held various technical and managerial roles at Opnet Technologies, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Nortel. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Science degree in Engineering & Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and a Master of Science degree from the College of Information and Cyberspace at the National Defense University.
