After obtaining his master’s degree in chemical engineering from Texas AM, for over 25 years Mr. Kasiraju worked in Enterprise IT Systems and Applications, Project Management, Acquisitions, Cyber Security, Training, Mentoring and Leadership in various private and Federal Government sectors. In 2015, he joined the US Army as a Department of Army Civilian. Mr. Kasiraju is currently pursuing his Doctoral research in public administration with “Transformative Potential of Digital Twin and AI to Enhance US Army Soldier Training for Improved Warfighting Capabilities” as his research topic. With extensive experience in operational management and strategic implementation, Mr. Kasiraju has been pivotal in researching and integrating cutting-edge, emerging and disruptive technologies to enhance training programs within the US Army. His innovative approach and technical prowess have significantly contributed to the development of immersive simulations and AI-driven training modules designed to prepare soldiers for complex warfighting scenarios. Mr. Kasiraju has spearheaded numerous initiatives which have not only improved operational efficiency but also fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. His dedication to advancing training methodologies is evident in his ongoing research and collaboration with leading tech firms to bring augmented reality and virtual reality solutions to the fore. His efforts have paved the way for more realistic and engaging training environments, allowing soldiers to experience and react to high-pressure situations in a controlled setting. Furthermore, Mr. Kasiraju's commitment to mentorship and leadership has been instrumental in nurturing new talent within the military, ensuring that the next generation of leaders is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive the US Army forward. Mr. Kasiraju is a certified PMP-Project Management Professional and holds many industry certifications to include, GIAC, Security+, ITIL4, AZ 900, DOD Level III Software Acquisition, ISTQB Software Tester and many others.
