Susan Robinson holds the position of Deputy Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Payment Operations and serves as the United States Disbursing Officer at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. With three decades of experience at Fiscal Service, including seven years in her current leadership role, Susan provides strategic direction and executive oversight for the Office of Payment Operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional global payment services. She is responsible for ensuring outstanding global payment services, as Fiscal Service acts as the central disbursing agency for the federal government, providing a comprehensive suite of payment solutions for both government entities and the American public. In fiscal year 2025, under Susan’s leadership Fiscal Service disbursed 88.1% of all federal payments totaling 1.33 billion payments valued at $6.02 trillion for over 250 federal entities. Furthermore, Susan oversees high-value payment systems and programs that are integral components of the federal government’s National Financial Critical Infrastructure.
