Charlene leads the agency’s efforts related to Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) section 1433, which was revised by America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) section 2013. In this role, Charlene conducts outreach and training on how to conduct robust risk and resilience assessments and emergency response plans to prepare for future emergencies. Charlene earned her master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management.
