John DeGour, DrPH

Dr. DeGour joins NRWA from the Environmental Protection Agency, where he spent 13 years as an environmental scientist working on drinking water and wastewater infrastructure security and resilience activities. He also spent four years managing drinking water programs for the State of Delaware and worked in laboratories for the New Jersey Department of Agriculture and Department of Health. Additionally, John is a United States Army Veteran. Dr. DeGour holds Doctor of Public Health, Master of Public Health, and Bachelor of Environmental Sciences degrees. John resides in Maryland with his wife and four children.
