David Baird

Hailing from Delaware, David has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry, most recently serving as the District Coordinator for the Sussex Conservation District. Baird is a graduate of East Carolina University (BA) and the University of Baltimore (MPA). Additionally, David served on the NRWA Board of Directors for 21 years, including as President from 2020 to 2022.
