Rod Glosser has been an instrumental member of the Rathbun Regional Water Association (RRWA) for almost 30 years, initially serving as Chief Financial Officer. Since January 2022, he has taken on the additional roles of both CEO and CFO. Throughout his career, Rod has also actively engaged with various non-profit organizations and community boards and currently serves as board president of the Iowa Rural Water Association. Glosser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Management from Central College in Pella, Iowa, and has successfully completed the Iowa CPA examinations.
