Jonathan Franzese, PE, P.Eng, CPD, GPD,  is a Senior Associate at McKinstry in Seattle, with a background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. A graduate from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), Jonathan has worked for consulting engineering firms as well as construction and design/build contractors. His passion is sustainability, focused on water reuse efforts including rainwater, greywater, and black water. Jonathan serves as the Vice President, Education for the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), leading the Society’s educational offerings. He also serves as a member of the Credentialing Committee and is committed to advancing the plumbing engineering field through ASPE’s Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) program. He lives in Seattle with his two young children and can be found on the baseball field coaching his son or chasing his daughter around the playground.
