Heather Scott is the Division Manager of Financial Services and Task Automation at the Enterprise Services Center. She began her career with the Federal Aviation Administration in 2004. Heather is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems. In her current role, Heather leads a team responsible for a wide range of financial functions, including transaction processing, financial reporting, audit support, and task automation, serving 20 government agencies. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded multiple initiatives, such as eInvoicing, eAuthentication, Unique Entity Identifier and System for Award Management interface, financial and procurement system consolidations/integrations, electronic data interchange (EDI), optical character recognition, robotic process automation, and other efficiency efforts. Heather is well-versed in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft. She is passionate about improving government business processes while upholding financial integrity and transparency, always striving to be a good steward of taxpayer dollars.
