Ruba Elbasha is a Partner in Guidehouse’s Defense & Security Segment with over 20 years of experience supporting Federal Government clients with business and financial management transformation initiatives. She focuses on standing up and maturing internal control programs, strategic studies, audit remediation, and driving change and innovation in financial operations through technology, analytics, and automation. She leads Guidehouse’s Financial Management Service offering and the Defense and Security Segment’s Financial Management practice, delivering solutions to defense and national security clientele. Prior to joining PwC / Guidehouse, Ruba began her career in KPMG’s Federal CFO Risk Advisory practice. She holds an MBA, CPA, CGFM, PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
