Clio leads the Enterprise Risk Management process for the CHIPS Program Office at the Department of Commerce. Within the CHIPS Risk Management Office, she also leads process improvement efforts and oversees the compliance function, including internal controls and fraud risk management. Clio has 10 years of experience working with and for government agencies assessing policy and program effectiveness and implementing sound risk management practices.
