Alex Wynnyk is a Branch Chief at the National Science Foundation (NSF), with more than 30 years of federal service. He provides leadership in post-award oversight, audit resolution, advanced monitoring, and financial management, with a focus on strengthening accountability, improving organizational processes, and promoting effective stewardship of federal research funding. Alex also represents NSF through the Federal Demonstration Partnership, where he serves as co-chair of the Emerging Research Institutions Subcommittee. He began his federal career in 1992 and has held leadership positions in financial management, grants oversight, and organizational management.
