Laura has 18 years of experience within the Inspector General community, having served in positions at both the CIA and the National Reconnaissance Office before joining the Postal Service in 2016. She dedicated much of her career to auditing the security and efficiency of information systems and programs. In 2024, Laura transitioned her role to focus on performance audits related to the Postal Service’s operations and modernization initiatives. Her professional recognition includes the Intelligence Community Inspector General Award for Investigations and the Postal Service OIG Assistant Inspector General Excellence Award. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Laura holds a B.S in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She is credentialed as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
