Carly is a partner in Guidehouse’s Financial Services segment. Carly brings over 20 years of experience providing strategy, compliance, organizational transformation, governance, and project management advisory support for commercial organizations and federal agencies. She currently focuses on delivering high-impact sustainability, business transformation, and growth strategies for commercial and public sector clients, with special emphasis on grant and financial assistance programs. Currently, Carly is Guidehosue’s support for the Bureau of the Fiscal Service account leader, in addition to other commercial and public sector capability roles. Since joining Guidehouse, Ms. Mitchell has led the project management implementation for 12+ program stand-ups for the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Carly is a 2023 Winner of Consulting Magazine’s Women in Consulting Awards in the “ESG Champion” category. She is a highly recognized community volunteer and leader, including serving as President of the 2,300 member Junior League of Washington in 2019 – 2020. She is one of a handful of members in the JLW's 112 year history to be honored with the President's Award for Excellence twice (2010 and 2012), and is the 2021-2022 Sally Carruthers Award recipient, JLW’s highest honor given in recognition of exceptional contributions of time and volunteer efforts to the League and Washington community throughout their life. Carly also received the Heroines of Washington Award for her volunteer and community leadership from the March of Dimes in 2021, and currently serves on the Heroines Executive Leadership Committee. Carly is also a member of the Leadership of Washington Class of 2019 and of Women in Housing and Finance.
