Melissa joined USPS OIG as Audit Manager in Network Operations 2 directorate in February 2026. Previously, Melissa served as an Audit Manager at the National Science Foundation (NSF) OIG and in recent years, her oversight work focused on the U.S. Antarctic Program. In 2023, Melissa graduated from the CIGIE Fellows Program after completing a 9-month detail with the USPS OIG where she served CIGIE Tech Committee. Before joining NSF in 2016, Melissa spent nine years at the Department of Homeland Security OIG. Melissa holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from James Madison University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
