Judy Randall was appointed Minnesota Legislative Auditor on November 9, 2021. She served as Deputy Legislative Auditor for OLA’s Program Evaluation Division from June 2015 through November 2022. Ms. Randall has more than 25 years of experience with the Office of the Legislative Auditor, serving for ten years as an evaluation manager for the Program Evaluation Division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Northwestern University and master’s degrees in economics and education policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
