Yvette Gutierrez is a Senior Analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), currently supporting GAO’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer on technology strategy and agency-wide modernization efforts. With more than 30 years of federal service, she brings extensive experience at the intersection of technology, governance, and organizational transformation, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, and analytics. She previously supported GAO’s Analytics Foundry, where she provided leadership in enterprise technology portfolio governance and strategic planning, and led the cybersecurity component of GAO’s work on private-sector cloud computing leading practices. Her career also includes assessments of major federal technology programs and high-risk initiatives across multiple agencies.
