Mr. Maslowski is a Senior Analyst in GAO’s International Affairs and Trade team. He has over twenty years of experience conducting performance audits in a wide range of federal program and policy areas. His work has included reports on U.S. assistance to Ukrainian refugees and IDPs; risk management for USAID assistance in conflict zones, and banking access challenges faced by humanitarian assistance organizations. Mr. Maslowski holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Finance and International Business.
