Sherron Washington is a nationally recognized trainer, speaker, author, professor, and CEO of The P3 Solution, a training and curriculum development firm focused on reducing communication gaps to strengthen influence, connection, and collaboration. With more than 20 years of experience in communication, marketing, education, and professional development, Sherron helps leaders and organizations navigate the communication challenges that can impact performance, relationships, and results. Her work explores how people communicate, how messages are experienced, and how intentional communication can create stronger influence and more effective outcomes. Sherron has designed and delivered learning experiences for professionals across industries and has taken the stage at national conferences and organizations throughout the country. She is also a longtime university professor, teaching courses in communication, marketing, critical reasoning, organizational communication, and emerging technologies. Sherron is also the Founder and CEO of Discovering Butterflies, a nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to career pathways, professional experiences, and strategic connections for emerging women. Known for her energetic, practical, and highly engaging approach, Sherron challenges audiences to move beyond simply communicating and become more intentional about the impact they create.
