Roy Stephan is the Chief Technology Officer for SOFtact Solutions, leading initiatives in artificial intelligence, quantum security, and cloud modernization. Roy has spent over 30 years delivering innovative technologies to the U.S. Government and commercial sectors. He served as VP of Technology at Intelligent Decisions, supporting high impact missions including encryption on Air Force One. Roy went on to build and sell a Gartner award winning, AI based SOC automation company and then joined Amazon Web Services, where he became the Global Tech Lead for 100,000 security partners. Most recently, Roy worked at Quantinuum, a leading quantum computing company, developing quantum enhanced cybersecurity solutions. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Engineering.
