Ms. Summer Kozai is an auditor with the DCAA Hawaii Sub-office. Ms. Kozai has been with the agency since 2007 and has experience with foreign contractors, not-for-profit organizations, and a range of large to small contractors both in Hawaii and the continental US. She is a graduate of Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Finance. Ms. Kozai also has a dual Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.
