Dr. Nikki Harding, Ed.D. is the CEO of Inclusive Leadership Lab and a 24-year special education practitioner, former special education director, and parent of a young adult with Down syndrome and Autism. She developed the first Nationally Registered Apprenticeship for Assistant Directors of Special Education and currently serves as Employment First Oversight Commissioner for Kansas. The Inclusive Leadership Lab is currently developing an innovative hybrid AI-enhanced instructional program designed to support new and pre-service special education teachers in improving retention in the field and outcomes for students with disabilities.
