Angie Balsley
CEO
Unified Leadership
Angela Balsley, Ed. D, is an educational leader with 29 years of experience in implementing IDEA and serves as a Senior Consultant for the national Center on Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Special Education (CADRE). As the CEO of Unified Leadership, she works with districts and state departments to improve systems. She is a licensed special education teacher, principal, special education director, and superintendent. Angie earned her doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy Studies from Indiana University. She also earned a masters degree in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business. Angie has led multiple state and national presentations on collaborative practices and early resolution of special education disputes.
