Carrie Brandon
Assistant Professor of Special Education
Bellarmine University
Carrie Brandon, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at Bellarmine University. She previously served as a research coordinator at the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation at Arizona State University. With more than 20 years of experience in public education, Dr. Brandon has served as a special education director, program coordinator, and teacher in special education, general education, gifted education, and alternative education settings. Her research focuses on improving educators' implementation of evidence-based practices through professional learning, coaching, and systems-level supports. Her scholarship emphasizes behavior management, special education, and educator preparation and retention to improve outcomes for educators and students in inclusive learning environments.
