Stacy Hirt, Ph.D., is Director of Impact and Innovation at Inclusive Leadership Lab, where she works alongside special education directors and superintendents to turn data into action inside the systems they lead. Before joining the Lab, she provided technical assistance to states and school districts on MTSS and intensive intervention, and served as a knowledge development researcher supporting policy scans and literature reviews in special education. That background sits at the intersection of research and practice, understanding not just what the data says, but what it takes for a district team to act on it. She brings that same lens to helping special education leaders build the infrastructure this field has never had.
