Dr. Tijana Davis is the Founder and CEO of Key Touchpoints LLC, a leadership and wellness consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, courage, and wholeness. She currently serves as the Director of Equitable School Supports for Indianapolis Public Schools, where she oversees school culture, discipline, attendance, social-emotional learning, and expulsion oversight. With extensive experience leading districtwide discipline reform, restorative justice implementation, and re-entry systems, Dr. Davis is known for transforming traditional discipline models into restorative, equity-centered systems that develop students rather than exclude them. Her work focuses on building sustainable school cultures rooted in dignity, accountability, and belonging.
