Rebeca has over ten years of experience in education, including roles as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, and special education leader in New York City charter schools. She has taught grades K–4 and led special education departments, supporting educators in building inclusive classrooms and effective support systems for students with diverse learning needs. Rebeca recently completed Harvard University’s professional program on implicit bias, deepening her work around equity-informed leadership and decision-making in education. In her current role as a Special Education Advisor, Rebeca partners with schools across the country to strengthen special education practices, coach educators, and develop systems that support both students and the teams who serve them.
