Bridget Chapman, M.A., serves as the Assistant Director of Pupil Services (K–5) for Olentangy Local Schools, one of the largest and fastest growing districts in Central Ohio. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for special education systems, programming, and personnel across seventeen elementary schools. Her work focuses on strengthening instructional and compliance practices, supporting building administrators, and ensuring that students with disabilities receive high quality services aligned with state and federal requirements. Bridget has extensive experience in program development, educator training, and system-level problem solving, with an emphasis on data informed decision making and sustainable implementation. Bridget was previously an Associate Professor- Clinical at The Ohio State University where she led the Flaum Center for Stuttering and was on faculty at the Nisonger Center.
