Molly Worthington is a dedicated educator and advocate who has spent more than 30 years supporting children and adults with disabilities. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to creating inclusive environments that promote independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in both school and community life. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Cleveland State University, a Master of Education from Ashland University in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Endorsement, and a Master of Arts in School Leadership with Principal Licensure from Concordia University Chicago. Her academic preparation reflects her commitment to both effective teaching and educational leadership, equipping her to support students, families, and fellow educators in meaningful and impactful ways. For the past 21 years, Molly has served as an Intervention Specialist at the elementary level in the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. She develops and implements individualized strategies that help students access the curriculum, build foundational academic skills, and strengthen their social and emotional development. Molly works collaboratively with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure each student receives the support, structure, and encouragement needed to reach their full potential. Prior to her work in public education, Molly spent several years with Catholic Charities Health and Human Services directing programs that served children and adults with disabilities. In this role, she developed and implemented community-based programs that provided continuing education, social engagement, and opportunities for personal growth and connection. A passionate advocate, Molly is dedicated to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth while promoting positive change through collaboration, leadership, and innovative teaching practices. Molly is a proud mother to one daughter and two sons.
