Debbie Robb is a Special Education Supervisor for Willoughby-Eastlake Schools in Northeast Ohio, bringing 30 years of experience in speech pathology, special education, and behavioral intervention. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and a Master of Education in Special Education (K-12) from PennWest Edinboro, as well as an Administrative Specialist License from Cleveland State University. Debbie has held various roles throughout her career, including Speech Pathologist at the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) in New York and Intervention Specialist in both a resource room and co-teach setting in Ohio. Her work has focused on supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions to succeed. Debbie is passionate about empowering students, supporting educators, and advocating for inclusive, positive educational experiences. In addition, Debbie has been a District Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) Trainer, providing staff with proactive strategies to safely manage and de-escalate anxious or violent behaviors. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mother of two sons—Jared, a Senior Account Manager for Key (MyKeyLive) in Chicago, and Jordan, studying Psychology and Social Work at the University of Michigan.
